**We have a rare opportunity to join our team as our Office Manager at our Mona Vale clinic, working closely with the team and the Directors. With a background in team management, administration and customer service, we are looking for the right person to lead our practice to the next level. The role is approximately 30 hours per week, with the potential for more hours if desired. Involving a mixture of weekday early starts and later finishes, as the clinic is open 7.30am - 7pm. You will have dedicated management hours, mixed with reception hours.**

**Key responsibilities of the role, but not limited to**:

- **Manage staff within the business by leading by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed, rosters are planned and up to date & any admin training is provided**
- **Overseeing stock orders and invoices; ensuring the clinic has what it needs**
- **Work with practitioners and other admin staff to provide support, education & performance management on a regular basis**
- **Lead the team towards clinic goals and be the passion & driving force behind what we do**
- **Organise, assist and attend team meetings and trainings**
- **Implement the businesses marketing plan each month**
- **Manage in house marketing including any deals/promos and the business Facebook**

**Desired experience for the role**:

- **A passion for natural health & helping others**
- **Experience as a manager or experience leading a team of 20+**
- **A solid understanding of and being able to provide quality customer service**
- **Experience in a fast-paced environment**
- **Proactive and able to work autonomously**
- **Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail**
- **The ability to make decisions and implement systems**
- **A fun loving & positive attitude, with the willingness to jump in and get involved**
- **Experience with Facebook, Canva, Wordpress, Xero and Google Business Suite**
