About the Position

This position requires a strong background in quality customer service delivery, by providing a progressive positive experience to the Monash Community. As a team we advocate respect, kindness, tolerance, understanding and embrace cultural diversity.

Oversee the day to day running of a portfolio of Community Halls

Undertake daily inspections

Identify routine or urgent maintenance issues

Liaise with Hirers, both internal, external & contractors

Assist Community Groups with set up/pack up

Be available to undertake Afterhours duties on a rotational basis

**Skills and Experience**:
Ability to communicate & liaise effectively with community groups of diverse backgrounds

Ability to problem solve & resolve minor day to day operational issues promptly with mínimal impact on Hirers.

Ability to undertake daily physical requirements within the facilities

Ability to anticipate customer needs and act accordingly.

Strong customer service focus

Ability to build strong team relationships, providing support, encouragement & cooperation.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility

Ability to participate in rotational “On Call Duty Officer” roster
