**We will count on you to**:
Join Mercer's Investments team, in a dynamic role providing executive level support to Senior Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Executive Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Executives to proactively manage their diaries and inbox, anticipate their needs and ensure they are adequately prepared for discussions, meetings and events.
- Maintain efficient electronic filing systems to allow for quick access to critical information as required.
- Set agendas for Leadership meetings, documenting and sharing actions and follow up.
- Assist with the successful delivery of team-wide events, ensuring run-sheets, presenter briefings, speaking points, room bookings, technology and catering are all in place.
- Develop a working knowledge of company policies to provide information support to Executives, when required.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business from Facilities to the IT department, to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day activities.
- Ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new senior colleagues.
- Expertly navigate our systems to process expenses, vendor invoices and arrange domestic and international travel.

**What you need to have**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing support to Executives.
- A ‘doer’ with a positive, can-do attitude, you have the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, to assist you and the business with achieving deliverables.
- An expert at juggling multiple tasks, with the ability to prioritise and manage your Executive’s expectations.
- You’re autonomous and can be given a problem to take away and solve.
- You understand how a business is run and how your decisions can impact financial outcomes.
- You are tech savvy and comfortable operating IT equipment. You also enjoy learning how to use new tools and technology, and teaching others.
- You are self-motivated and take pride in delivering high-quality and timely outcomes.
- You are confident dealing with people at all levels and have proven experience mentoring junior colleagues.
- High-attention to detail which is evidenced in your review of presentations and your written communications.
