**Customer Care Co-ordinator** role may be just what you’re looking for

- Are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build quality relationships and collaborate with sales teams and medical professionals.
- Ability to work in a structured manner with strong planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and a focus on quality results.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a flexible can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience using SAP and Zendesk

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Accurately and efficiently processing customer enquiries and orders.
- Updating our system of record (Zendesk) while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Tracking orders and liaising with stakeholders to deliver on agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge to ensure service levels are met daily.

**And to be successful you’ll need**:

- Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment (preferred healthcare sector but not essential)
- Experience using ERP software, SAP essential and experience in Zendesk is desirable.
- Proven experience working in a deadline driven environment.
