**The Agency**

**Day to Day**
Manage a small portfolio of properties with assistance
- Entry and exit condition reports
- Some routine inspections
- Minimal leasing duties
- Managing maintenance
- Handling arrears
- **NO trust accounting, BDM, or lease renewals**

**Experience Required**
Only those with experience in real estate will be considered for this role.
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- The ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and strong initiative to go the extra mile
