**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing a small team of 5 staff
- Overseeing the rent roll and ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Trust accounting and rent receipting
- Onboarding new managements as required
- Handling complaints from team members and assisting with the induction process as required
- Holding meetings and one on ones with the team

- **Generous salary - $85k to $95k + super negotiable depending on experience**
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, Head of Department, Team Leader, or Office Manager
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
