Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Business Partner, Group Excellence to join our Sydney Team. You will be responsible for the enterprise procurement delivery platform and roadmap, leveraging enterprise technology solutions, reporting & analysis including ownership of the addressable spend cube.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Building a fit for purpose procurement delivery platform, adopting a progress over perfection lens but with a best practice aspiration, leveraging existing and emerging technology solutions, identifying and addressing gaps and opportunities
Creation and maintenance of supporting policies, processes, tools and technology including appropriate training, development and comms solutions for the procurement team and relevant stakeholders
Establishing and delivering an operating rhythm around reporting & analysis specifically including executive reporting (incl the CFO), divisional/ functional reporting, the procurement pipeline/ portfolio, benefits targets/ tracking, supplier performance and other appropriate KPIs/ metrics
Ownership of the production and integrity of the addressable spend cube actively leveraging expertise held within Group Finance including the BI team
Responsible Sourcing, building strategy, structure and support of Procurement’s key roles relating to carbon emissions including Scope 3, social procurement and our modern slavery agenda*
Active contribution to Mirvac’s “This Changes Everything” strategy
Leading an effective and technology enabled group sourcing function to efficiently deliver the ongoing procurement of low risk/ lower value commodity goods and services (excluding those relating to Resi/ Dev/ Construction)* and management of tail spend
Identifying strategic vendors and other key external partners for this area of responsibility to build value accretive partnerships and drive innovative solutions
Being an active member of the Procurement & Premises and GAS extended leadership teams with specific support of our P2P process
Team leadership including coaching and development of team members and role modelling behaviours aligned to Mirvac’s values and Code of Conduct

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline or similar; property industry/ supply chain / procurement/ ESG experience.

You will have extensive experience in a corporate or other large organisation,

developed project management, change management and stakeholder influencing/ relationship management skills.

Advanced communication skills, Robust analysis capability to convert data into insights and actions and the ability to interrogate and enhance policies, processes and procedures is essential for this role

Finally, you will be pragmatic with the ability to drive results, be self-aware and curious.
