**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client, a global financial services organisation, are looking for a Talent Succession Specialist to join their business and act as a true partner to help support their continuous growth plans. They are a fast paced and results driven organisation. You will be joining a business that is continually evolving, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

**THE ROLE**

In this newly created role, you will be supporting the talent acquisition team to refresh the talent management process. You will work closely with a team of talent business partners to roll out newly created recruitment frameworks and be an advocate for internal talent within the organisation. You will use your insights to identify top talent in the organisation, highlighting appropriate successors, ensuring alignment to the organisation’s values and strategies. Once identified you will implement frameworks and strategies to ensure the retention and development of these high-potential individuals, working with the learning and development team, to design development programmes.

**THE CRITERIA**

To succeed in this role, you will need experience designing capability-aligned employee development solutions. You will also be skilled in developing and interpretating people data to provide insights into organisations capability levels. You will approach work flexibly and have great relationship management experience, working with stakeholders across all levels. Lastly you will be able to demonstrate applied understanding of how to identify internal talent and counter bias.
