The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Accordingly, the Customer training & quality coordinator will role model a way of working that balances initiative, authenticity and tenacity toward improving processes for our customers.

**Your new role**
- Proactively handle allocation of daily incoming customer volume to staff
- Manage continuous improvement & workforce planning
- Maintain CRM and ancillary systems supporting customer process
- Establish & embed quality frameworks to deliver what matters to customers

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a customer facing roles & leadership mandatory
- Excellent business acumen and experience in a fast faced environment
- Previous experience quality & process framework design & implementation
- Demonstrated ability in workforce planning
- Previous experience with SalesForce required
- Call centre software & CRM implementation experience highly regarded
