**About the role**

The Coordinator, People and Culture will provide essential support to the organisation through the effective delivery of generalist people and culture services. You will be responsible for
- Providing end-to-end administrative support for the employee lifecycle.
- Providing payroll support for the payroll shared services team
- Providing people and culture support to Supervisors on best practice people strategies and activities.

You will be required to understand the legislative and reporting requirements within People and Culture and undertake work facilitating positive and collaborative working relationships.

The Coordinator, People and Culture must communicate with all levels of the organisation, provide information, answer queries, and interpret policy and procedures. They are the first point of contact for all general human resource enquiries.

This is a fixed term full-time role offering $97,284 - $102,148 plus employer superannuation. The contract period is until 31 December 2024.

**About you**
- Demonstrated generalist experience in People and Culture with experience in talent acquisition
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of human resources,
- Interpretation of industrial awards and relevant legislative requirements including Work health and Safety.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise workload with the capability to exercise autonomy and initiative to ensure quality outcomes and within key performance areas.
- Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated customer services skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries. Ability to building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence behaviour.
