**About the role**
We are looking for a Network and Radio Technical to support the timely and effective capability decisions and focus on ICT training, governance, operational support, and capability development. You will deliver training, governance, ICT Verification & Validation.
- Repair and maintenance of radio technologies.
- In-house ICT training and mentorship.
- Assist with the appropriate policy and governance.
- Manage sustainment of trial ICT capabilities.
**Skills and experience required**
- Experience within the Defence environment in a similar role.
- Networking and cyberspace desirable.
- Routing and switching essentials.
- Server administration and configuration.
- Defence technical regulatory awareness.
- Cryptographic security.
- Radio frequency fundamentals.
- Network information assurance and configuration management.
- Basic electronics, and Satellite systems.
**Essential qualifications**
- Network Technician background with National Qualifications including but not limited to: Cisco Certified Networking Academy (CCNA) & Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC).
