About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Newy Tech People. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our new Registry product, a core technology solution that will have a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that guides our development efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the voice for various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are reflected in the product's development.
  • Product Backlog Management: Lead the management of the product backlog, prioritizing work items and ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure the new Registry integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage, and report on business and technology risks associated with the Registry's development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or equivalent experience in a similar Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a product lifecycle and lead cross-functional teams in a complex ICT service environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and pragmatic decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage resistance, consult effectively, and build strong collaborative relationships across teams.
