Exciting opportunity for a Contract Administration Officer to join a State Government team

**Your new company**

A State Government Department is looking for an Contract Administration Officer to join their team. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As an experienced Contract Administration Officer your daily duties will include but won’t be limited to:

- Lead and manage the administration and evaluation of all service provision contracts with a view to improving service outcomes.
- Manage and administer all contracts relating to the ticketing system including, but not limited to, ticketing equipment maintenance and the acquisition and distribution of ticketing stock.
- Research and provide direction into improved methods and procedures of contract administration.
- Prepare contract documentation for the Ticketing, Performance, and Business Intelligence Branch
- Provide specialist advice to team members in relation to related contracts and contract processes.
- Evaluate CPI Adjustment requests and contract price reviews, and prepare the appropriate contract variation documentation.
- Verify contractors’ invoices are in accordance with the terms of the contract and recommends the invoice for payment.
- Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of Ticketing and Performance tender documentation and strategies.
- Liaising with relevant teams and team members, leading, directing and advising as needed.
- Develop, implement and maintain the contract administration system, to ensure a full and complete record of all contracts and underlying purchase orders.
- Liaise with Transperth’s Marketing, Service Development and Service Performance branches to prepare, implement, manage and monitor all internal contract variations and requests relevant to the Ticketing and Performance contractors.

- Previous State Government experience
