Provincial Home Living is seeking an organised and detail-oriented person with data entry and numerical skills to join our Purchasing team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for our extensive range of SKUs and products.

Our Purchasing team operates in a small, dynamic environment, collaborating with the wider Marketing, VM, and Retail teams to deliver a range of products that meet our brand’s unique furniture and homewares aesthetic.

The Inventory Admin Co-Ordinator is responsible for collating all information necessary to ensure accuracy of stock items and order flow. You will collate and enter all product information into our internal POS system, taking complete ownership of data integrity for over 3500 SKUs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the whole inventory data library - specs, composition, care instructions, packaging.
Register and update all new items to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Create monthly product brief of all new items arriving including images and specs.
Liaise with freight forwarders to track and update system on all stock in production.
Enter unit volume measurements and inner / outer packaging sizes into POS.
Maintain the daily offshore production schedule to meet critical path timelines.
Managing new product samples for internal photoshoots.
Follow up all internal stock queries related to stock size, colour, composition etc - you will liaise with our growing offshore supplier network to do this.
Communicating internally with key departments including VM, Finance, Retail support, Warehouse and Marketing as needed.

**You will need**:
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of excel and willingness to learn lookups and functions
Experience in data entry with 1-2 years’ experience in an inventory environment, preferably in a retail organisation with a high volume of SKUs and products.
