Salary: $43.82 per hour + 11.5% Superannuation

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Assist in managing external research contracts, including liaising with contractors and handling basic contract administration.
  • Support document management and ensure version control for project materials.
  • Format and proofread reports, briefings, and other written content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct basic research and gather data to aid in policy analysis.
  • Maintain project management tools and track key milestones.
  • Organise and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other events.

      Important Information:

      This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break. Hybrid working arrangements may be available after initial training period.
