We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Casual Attendants

**About the role**
The role of a SkyPoint Attendant is to positively engage with our guests and provide service excellence and efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments. Guest Services provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales. A beaming smile for a warm welcome is essential

Once on the observation deck, our Food & Beverage operation provides an all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, whilst our team also maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment.
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated team player.
- Fun, positive and radiant disposition.
- Ability to deliver consistently high standards of service whilst under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Experience working with POS Systems and competent with cash handling.
- Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Ability to speak a second language would be highly desirable.
