**What You Will Be Doing**
This role supports the delivery of the People Team’s strategy through identifying, designing, and implementing a range of organisational initiatives to improve employee experience and overall organisational performance, with a particular focus on gender equity and leadership capability.
**What You Need**
Essential Criteria
We anticipate you will have:
- worked effectively as part of an OD team or similar
- have experience designing and delivering leadership development programs at multiple levels of an organisation and can demonstrate that they had a measurable impact
- project management experience with outcomes delivered within resources and timeframes
- successfully consulted and engaged employees at all levels of an organisation
- a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in the Microsoft office suite and presentation of information is clear and engaging
- Tertiary level qualifications in HR or related discipline
Desirable Criteria
- Health Industry experience in a role with transferable skills.
- Had a role with a significant responsibility associated with diversity and inclusion
- Knowledge of Gender Equity legislation and requirements of a public sector organisation
