**Position overview**

This is not your average Employee Relations Consultant role. We are looking for an experienced, innovative ER superstar to join our new team. If you can think outside of the box, if you are an enthusiastic, self motivated, team player with a track record of fantastic customer service in an employee relations team then you might have just found your perfect new role.

You will be providing advice to a wide variety of clients across the University on performance management, grievances, conduct matters, change management and complex people management issues. You are going to need to be proficient with administrative systems and processes, you will be able to interpret policy and legislation, and you will be a highly organised individual. On top of all that, we are looking for someone with a combination of good judgement and a healthy serve of common sense.
