Head Server

We are on the lookout for a Head Waiter/Waitress for our busy and well-established Italian Restaurant in South Perth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant's front-of-house service.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service greeting guests, guiding them through the dining experience aligned with our steps of service in a professional manner
- Training, mentoring, and motivating waitstaff to uphold high standards of service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to optimize table turnover and accommodate guest requests.
- Monitoring dining room cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Restaurant industry: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

- Australia (required)
