Our client is a leading financial service firm offering a permanent role to an experienced call centre representative. They offer a stand out environment, diverse and inclusive culture, and potential for growth
**This is not your average call centre role.**
We are looking for applicants who are after learning and progression.
We seek someone is already the go to person in their own call centre team.
This will be a hybrid role (office based Monday to Wednesday, and from home on Thursdays and Fridays) following a successful induction and training in the office.
Annual pay reviews and the potential for bonus are on offer.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet SLA's and internal standards
- Handle calls with empathy and two way conversations
- Meet KPI's on quality, handling time and resolution
- Contribute to a growing team, suggesting improvements consistently
- Build relationships with internal teams
- Reporting as required
**REQUIREMENTS**
The non-negotiable requirements are:
- Call centre experience is mandatory
- A financial services background (from banking, superannuation or insurance) is essential
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
