As a result of a recent restructure in our team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Administrator to join our team based in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. This role is responsible for all aspects of people and culture administration, varying in volume and complexity. This is a busy role that requires a strong customer service orientation, great communication skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible.

You will play a critical role in supporting our P&C team by providing accurate and timely administrative support. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes and support to the business.

Your Contribution
- Maintenance and management of the HRIS system (Workday), uploading documentation and reporting on key HR metrics.
- Preparing documentation and managing the full employee life cycle (contract generation, variations, personal documentation, employee terminations)
- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding experience for new employees
- Collating various statistics and people reports
- Employee termination management including conducting exit interviews
- Management of general queries and assisting with employee engagement programs
- Supporting the P&C team in the development and execution of projects and management of P&C annual calendar
- Assist with developing communication material for initiatives and programs and interacting with numerous stakeholders within and external to our business

Let's Connect
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Self-motivation, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of our People administration tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and solid relationships
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and driven to provide exceptional customer service
- A good sense of humour
