What’s on offer?

Reporting to the HSEQT Manager, you will provide administrative support and guidance to key stakeholders within FHIS Northern Region. By doing this you are helping us deliver critical infrastructure work in the region. Your day to day will include:

- Providing administrative support to the Northern Region HSEQT team
- Proactively chasing up and uploading the latest SWMS, Verification of Competencies (VOCs), plant risk assessments & service history records into our systems.
- Assisting with end of month reporting, maintaining hours worked registers and reporting on various other Key Point Indicators for the business.
- Booking safety training as required and ensuring that we are being compliant with standards and legislation.
- Writing internal and external HSEQT communications in consultation with the HSEQT team
- Aid with formatting documents, presentations, and other materials
- Scanning and archiving project documents into job folders such as: meeting minutes, site inductions, permits, signed SWMS etc.
- Attendance at various company funded upskilling courses.

How you’ll connect to the role:
As the HSEQT Administrator you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. Having similar experience working within the Construction Industry with the willingness to work both on site and office environments will be highly regarded. You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to analysis data and high attention to detail.
