- Provide customer service for the Café at the Royal Hobart Hospital.**The Role**

In accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and guidelines, assist with food preparation, production, plating service, ware-washing, and cleaning duties in the provision of catering services to patients, visitors, and staff of the hospital.

The Food service officer is responsible for:

- Performing tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively and in accordance with training and direction.
- Providing customer service for the Café at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH).
- Providing meal services to patients, visitors, and staff in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality concerning patients and staff.
- Exercising reasonable care in the performance of duties consistent with the relevant Work Health and Safety legislation.
