In this fast-paced and varied role with elements of project management, coordination, administration, and sales you will be critical to the success of the Psychology team delivering programs across Sydney to help all children build the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential - now and in the future.

There is flex for the role to be based at one (or a combination of) our offices at Alexandria, Bella Vista, Gledswood Hills, Liverpool or Peakhurst.

When you join the Learning Links team you have:

- Four dedicated professional development days per year PLUS option for further study in project management or similar.

**Day to day you will**:

- Juggle and coordinate competing priorities with multiple programs running concurrently throughout the year.
- Use your project planning, administrative, organisational, and time management skills to deliver on agreed expectations and work to tight deadlines.
- Assist in the coordination of a team of Psychologists to deliver programs in schools and centres (resource planning).
- Establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with schools, corporate partners, volunteers, and the educational and broader communities.
- Provide detailed program reports that demonstrate delivery of services to build trust with our stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation in systems.

**About you**
- Five plus years’ experience in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Sales, Administration).
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing timelines and priorities.
- Exemplary communication skills and commitment to working in partnership with schools, volunteers, and professionals.
- High achiever and motivated to take initiative and be accountable for your tasks.
