**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Motivate the team to achieve service and productivity targets
- Manage daily operations of the department and monitor team productivity
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs and SLAs
- Improve current systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Act as an escalation point for team grievances and problem-solving
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff where necessary
