We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric individual to join the team as a Corporate Account Manager. This role will be based in Sydney CBD and focuses on ensuring the seamless delivery of travel management services tailored to clients' unique needs, all while nurturing account retention and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Build Strong Client Relationships**: Develop and nurture strong commercial relationships with key decision-makers and operational stakeholders within the client portfolio. Act as the primary advocate for clients.
- ** Travel Program Consultation**: Provide clients with comprehensive travel management reporting, highlighting industry trends, and making recommendations to help them make informed decisions about their travel programs. Monitor and report on travel contract performance and deliverables.
- ** New Business Engagement**: Participate in new business opportunities as needed. Collaborate with the sales, implementation, and operations teams to facilitate the onboarding, handover, and integration of new clients.
- ** Supplier Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to facilitate client-specific arrangements. Ensure negotiated supplier agreements are operational and accessible to the business.
- ** Teamwork and Communication**: Act as an active contributing member at internal meetings and keep the business informed about client and market-related developments. Participate in company functions, conferences, and events, and provide valuable market intelligence to the business.
- ** Client Satisfaction**: Observe client surveys, provide feedback, and propose recommendations to elevate client satisfaction. Act as a point of escalation in cases where operational issues can't be resolved. Take part in hosting and attending client events and functions.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- A solid understanding of corporate travel management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Customer focused and committed to achieving results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and adaptability
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and industry trends
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
