**Role Overview**:
You will be the key player of our Administration division who will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring that margins are met, and keeping trades accountable for their invoicing timelines. Your excellent communication skills will make you the primary point of contact for our business, and your ability to work independently and motivate yourself will be crucial in this role. In a small, dynamic team, you’ll need to juggle multiple tasks and occasionally lend a hand with other office duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Monitor margins and ensure financial targets are met.
- Communicate effectively with trades and clients to ensure invoicing timelines are adhered to.
- Handle general administrative tasks and support the office as needed.
- Utilize MYOB and HROTC Cloud systems (training provided) to manage financial records.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administration with a strong background in invoicing and accounts.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeaner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a good grasp of Excel and the Microsoft Business package.
- Experience with MYOB and HROTC Cloud is a plus, but not mandatory.
(training onsite will be available)

**Work Schedule**:
4 days a week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, onsite in Sunshine, with the possibility to increase to a 5-day week. The additional day can be arranged to be a work from home day.

$35 per hour plus Superannuation
