We are now recruiting for a **Product Manager** to join our AU Product Management team. As a Product manager at Accolade Wines you will play a pivotal role in project managing new product initiatives and driving changes to our existing wine products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and ongoing optimisation. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Product Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new product opportunities, conduct market research, define product specifications, and lead the development process to bring innovative wine products to market.
- **Product Enhancement**: Assess and analyse existing wine products to identify areas for improvement. Propose and oversee changes, enhancements, or rebranding efforts to ensure the competitiveness and relevance of our product portfolio.
- **Project Management**: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for all product initiatives. Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products in the wine market. Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with teams such as R&D, marketing, sales, and production to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Foster collaboration and alignment among different departments.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in our wine products. Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain product quality benchmarks.
- **Performance Tracking**: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and performance of products in the market. Continuously monitor and analyse data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with wine industry regulations and ensure that all products meet legal and compliance requirements.

You will be based in our **Adelaide **office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is **full-time** and **permanent**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Passion for wine and a deep understanding of the wine market.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for alcoholic beverages is a plus.
- Computer literacy

**Other Requirements**
- AU Driver’s Licence
- Some travel may be required
