We proudly service Regional Australia providing a vital link to all major capital cities and beyond our shores using Qantas and it’s codeshare partners. QantasLink operates to 83 destinations across Australia.

Working in a dynamic team environment, your new position as Duty Operations Controller will see you responsible for managing the integrity of the QantasLink airline schedule, acting as a point of contact for delay handling and disruption management. In this role, you will develop and implement plans to maintain network integrity and overcome disruptions to services, minimising customer impact.

You'll have
- Ability to work shift work on a 7-day rotating roster
- Ability to think analytically and strategically
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in time-critical situations
- Communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Interact constructively and consistently with team members, other departments and external customers
- Sound understanding of the airline business, including operations and commercial activity
- Experience using Airline Operational systems will be highly regarded
- Previous Operations or Crewing experience will be highly regarded
