**About You**

Risk & Security Management are seeking a dedicated and organised Field Representative to join our professional staff on a full-time basis. You will be required to attend various addresses and complete a series of tasks, which will potentially involve some Saturday and Sunday work. This role involves travel within the metropolitan area as well as regional areas as requested, occasional overnight stays maybe required.

**Duties & tasks**:

- Attend multiple addresses and make contact with our clients' customers to update details and obtain information;
- Personally deliver a letter or affix to the property;
- Document and record particulars via photo; and
- Provide on the spot updates via in-house database.

**Skills & experience**:

- Current driver’s licence;
- Capable of using both Apple and android devices;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent people skills including the ability to empathise with others;
- High level conversational and problem-solving skills;
- Effective time management, organisational & multitasking skills;
- Punctuality and the ability to to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Professional, positive, and ethical attitude;
- Ability to understand legislation and regulatory guidelines and be able to work within those constraints;
- Willing to undergo police check;
- Previous delivery and or document serving experience will be highly desirable.
