Our client is an innovative company that has been in operation since the 1930's, it has been working alongside health care professionals to create products that saves lives and improves patient care across Australia, your opportunity to really make an impact They have an impressive array of globally recognised awards for product design and are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

Your new role reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, will include conducting research in industry trends, social media, data analyst and create a full range of digital content to drive brand awareness, you will thrive on monitoring the campaigns performances.

**The main duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing initiatives and provide regular opportunities for brand promotion.
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences, take ownership of channel analysis and proactively suggest new campaigns and deployment platforms.
- Assist with the promotional aspects of trade shows and conferences.
- Ad hoc internal communications (e.g. update intranet with local news)
- Work in close collaboration with global colleagues, to disseminate corporate messaging, tools and uphold the brand’s voice locally.

**What you need:

- **
- 5+ years prior marketing support/management/comms experience
- Preferable to have tertiary qualifications in a relevant business field
- Desirable to have experience in the medical and/or related industry
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with Adobe.
- Be customer focused
- To have business acumen
