As our Studio Coordinator you will represent and manage the front-of-house of the business and be responsible for taking care of the overall presentation of the studio space and the atmosphere within it.

**The Role**:
It’s a full-time, in-house role with hours from 8:45 - 5pm - either working 4 or 5 days a week, working from our stunning studio in the heart of Surry Hills.

The administration part of the role typically takes up about 2-3 days a week and it entails all the usual office administration tasks that you may have done in a previous role. (Answering the phones, managing petty cash, completing small purchases, co-ordinating new team members into the business and helping get them set up.)

You’ll also provide support and assistance to the senior executive team with ad-hoc tasks and administration duties as required.

The other time is largely spent working on team and cultural initiatives, such as fun days out for the team to events and occasions like moonlight cinema, Luna Park, the Christmas party, our bi-annual ski trip, fundraising, charity events and more.

When you get the hang of all that, we’d love to get you involved in other things going on in the business and feel like this a great foot-in-door opportunity for a Marketing Graduate as this is the likely transition path into the next role within a year.

**About You**:
Prior administration experience, whilst not essential, it would definitely help you in the role. You should have strong communication skills, attention to detail and an ocean of charisma. As the front face of the company, you will thrive on customer service and building relationships both in-house and externally. Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential. A positive and friendly personality will see you fit well with the team as the company has a strong focus on teamwork and office culture.

**Renumeration**:
In line with mid-level admin salaries commensurate to level of experience and breadth of skills. (Circa $60K)
