**International Fashion Luxury Buyer**

**About the role**:
This vital role within our client's organisation offers an exciting opportunity to impact the business as a Retail Luxury, International Buyer.

We seek an individual who is immensely ambitious, and shares a genuine, deep passion for the fashion and retail industry. You are someone with drive and have a strong understanding of management, reporting, analysis, statistic understanding, merchandise, and strategic planning.

**Key abilities encompass**:

- Agile, proactive & possessing outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to evolving store demands and retail changes
- Collaborative, and commercially minded
- Merchandise Planning experience

In this position for our client, you will lead the regional merchandise planning efforts, working closely with both headquarters and regional teams & internal stakeholders as well as departments including finance, purchasing, & retail operations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Interpret and understand important data, monitoring regional KPI's
- Execute planning and forecasting activities
- Manage item strategies
- Manage planning through seasonal cycles
- Working within company budgetary guidelines
- Understanding sales forecasting and understand growth opportunities within the company
- Reporting and devising in depth sales and stock analyses
- Liaising with international headquarters to ensure streamlined and effective assortment strategies and replenishment tactics
- Contributing insights for markdown strategies, and present seasonal overviews
- Balancing weekly stock and store replenishment as well as managing delivery schedules to maximise inventory and sales
- Handling client specific requests and HQ orders
- Providing regular reporting on product performance & feedback to HQ merchandising teams
- Collaborating with HQ merchandising teams to understand and ensure commercial decisions are accomplished
- Overseeing wholesale selling campaigns
- Analysing technical data and information to produce visual reports
