Our client is a well-respected and reputable government organization that are well known across NSW. They provide top-notch services across the state and are currently seeking a Procurement Administration Officer to support their procurement division.

**The Job..**
Reporting to a Procurement Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Act as a first point of contact for customers and suppliers in relation to procurement services requests and/or enquiries
- Initiating and managing purchase requisitions from end to end
- Creating, changing and closing purchase orders through SAP
- Processing relevant documentation and reports
- Ensuring compliance with databases and supplier records

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

- Minimum 2 years administration experience in a large organisation
- Previous purchasing/procurement support experience will be favoured
- SAP experience is a **must**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
