Our Australian owned client is seeking a Store Manager for their busy Karrinyup store. With over 160 stores Australia Wide and progressing globally, their products are of high quality and are guaranteed to have functionality and beauty in the home.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A strong yet natural communicator and someone who is a leader in all areas
- Someone from similar retail management position, preferably from a fast paced, high stock volume environment
- A manager who excels at providing real and honest customer service
- Someone who is a true motivator, with a positive outlook on life that can face any challenging situation with a smile
- A manager who has proven experience in managing people, writing rosters, KPI's, visual merchandising and stock management
- Someone who is experienced in performance management and training and development of their staff

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
