Working for a leading property agency that upholds a reputation down South like no other, you will be based in the heart of the Shire working with a team of seasoned professionals. This dynamic agency is continually expanding and is seeking a skilled People and Culture Manager / Operations to continue leading an already HUGELY successful team down the right path. This role will also see you act as a sounding and advisory board when it comes to HR issues, staff remuneration, performance and recruitment.

You will be required to positively promote the agency at all times and in all dealings both internally and with third parties.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

- Promoting our corporate values and shaping a positive culture, creating an environment that inspires success.
- Implement staff training and development plans.
- Regular internal meetings with departments
- Implementing performance improvement plans when required.
- Grievances handling, Termination and exit interviews.
- Assisting with Internal events
- Staff communications relating to remuneration, admin, coaching & counseling, policies & procedures, providing ongoing training options.
- Preparing annual budgets and scheduling expenditures
- Performance Management & Succession Planning
- Coordinating Staff Surveys
- Provide Leadership - be a role model yourself

To be eligible for the role you must have:

- Experience in a similar role OR experience as an Office Manager who has dealt with HR duties.
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Business Acumen - understanding & incorporating stakeholders into business decisions
- Ability to lead, develop and train the team
