- Lead and develop a high-performing squad, fostering a positive team culture.
- Implement training programs that enhance players' skills and performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to players, helping them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with team management and other coaches to achieve strategic goals.

**About The Role**:
The Squad Coach is responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, leading practise sessions, and fostering a strong sense of team unity.

**About You**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced coach who is eager to contribute to the growth of our athletes and the overall success of the team.
- Proven experience in coaching, preferably at a competitive level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Knowledge of the sport's technical and tactical aspects.

- **Package**:$62,916 - $66,690 (FTE) gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (paid pro rata to hours worked).
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Part-Time 6 - 8.25 hours per week. Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread (Monday-Sunday).
