**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sport Venue Manager to oversee the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre (CPEC) and other sporting venues within the GSP portfolio. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing facility operations, and ensuring the safety and sustainability of our premier parks.

**About You**:

- You are a proactive leader with a passion for sports venue management and community engagement.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and excel in managing complex risks and stakeholder relationships.
- Your experience in equestrian or similar complex sport venue management equips you with the skills to navigate diverse challenges with ease.
- Your experience includes managing financials such as budgets and expenditures, and you have a proven track record of effective financial management within similar roles.
- You possess commercial acumen and have experience in managing licenses and other commercial agreements within a sporting or recreational context.
- You hold a Working with Children Check in accordance with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012 and a current driver’s license.
- Flexibility is second nature to you, and you're prepared to work weekends or be on-call as required by venue activities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this role. The role has been identified as requiring a check in keeping with the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012.
- Current driver’s licence with the ability to operate manual vehicles.
