**What is a Customer Support Representative (CSR)?**

As a CSR you will provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all parts quotes, sales and order tracking. Along with liaising with local vendor and transport providers to best support our customer’s needs, ensuring that the operational standards set by our Komatsu Customer Support Charter are met and exceeded.

**Recruitment Process**

**Step 2**: Conduct a short video interview

**Step 4**: Successful applicants will be invited to attend the local branch for an interview, participate in group activities and other tasks.

**Step 5**: Shortlisted applicants will then be required to conduct a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, functional assessment, compliance checks and reference checks.

**Step 6**: You will receive a conditional offer prior to proceeding to the onboarding stage.

**Step 7**: Congratulations Your Technical Capability Manager will prepare you for the commencement of your apprenticeship in 2023.
