***About the role**:
The People Advisor (HR Projects) will drive the planning, and support the delivery, of key People activities that contribute to the safety and performance culture for the Bulk West business. Supporting the People Business Partnering function in a part-time capacity you will deliver on key programs of work aligned to the Bulk and Enterprise-wide people strategy and objectives.
- Support the planning and delivery of commercially focussed People initiatives to deliver on identified priorities and address key risk areas
- Support the communication and operationalisation of the Enterprise and Bulk People Strategy (including cyclical HR activities) in the region
- Work collaboratively across the business, in the delivery of change programs and support managers in the implementation of change and transformation initiatives
- Operationalise a broad range of HR activities including workforce planning, employee relations, inclusion and diversity, performance management and strategic HR planning
- Work collaboratively with corporate peers to ensure alignment between the enterprise and business unit people activities and plans.

***About you**:

- Tertiary qualified, or with equivalent experience in HR or a related discipline (ideally 5+ years in a generalist role)
- Strong stakeholder management experience - you anticipate and balance the need of multiple stakeholders
- Instils Trust - you have the ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through your authenticity, integrity and delivery
- You are a strong communicator, proactive and adjust your message to multiple audiences
- Flexible and Adaptable - this role will support the People Business Partnering function and will show initiative to lead on key projects, but also be delegated work to support the team - you are a team player who is adaptable and able to shift in real time to meet the demands of the business.
