Your duties: Capable of undertaking a visually compliant tig 6G test.Complete the allocated work in accordance with the Welding Procedure Specifications in a timely manner. Ensure familiarity with specified Procedures and have copies available at the welding station for reference.Ensure that welding is in compliance with all parameters specified. Ensure current qualification for any welding procedures being used.Authorized to transfer Heat Numbers when cutting materials. To be successful, you must: Have a recognized Welding or Boilermaking qualification. Have a minimum of 3 years working as a coded Welder in a Fabrication Workshop or On Site. Be an Australian Citizen or have a Permanent Residency. Be able to read and understand Welding symbols, Welding procedures, and fabrication drawings.Having a Welding qualification is an advantage, but not necessary.
