**THE ROLE**

This role provides a link between project delivery and project readiness. By engaging with key stakeholders throughout the project, the Change Manager will identify the impacts of change on different stakeholders and design a plan to address the business readiness requirements. They will also be responsible for designing and producing the training material.

This is a unique opportunity to join a great team. Reporting to the Head of Program Management LPG you’ll be responsible for:

- Design and obtain support for a change management approach for key projects
- Engage stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Design and deliver regular project communications
- Assess readiness for change and recommend preparation strategies
- Identify business readiness requirements
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Design training solutions as required and coordinate delivery
- Produce training material and roll out training where required
- Support launch of project solutions
- Review implementation outcomes and provide support materials
- Develop, document and implement change management plans
- Document finalised processes

**IS THIS YOU?**

You’ll need to have exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport with others.

You can show, through the work you’ve done that you have:

- 5+ years' experience working in a change or training related role requiring strong planning and communication skills that has enabled you to support teams undergoing change
- Excellent listening skills to understand what stakeholders are saying and to detect what they might be hesitant to say
- Strong interviewing and questioning skills to talk with the individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
- Strong written communications skills demonstrating the ability to tailor complex information for different audiences within the organisation
- Strong experience working within Waterfall and an Agile project delivery environment.
