Our corporate trust business is a leading provider of fiduciary and digital solutions to the banking and financial services industry in Australia and Singapore. It administers securitisation portfolios, investment and debt structures to protect the interests of our clients’ investors. About the role- As a Trust Analyst you will execute the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital’s platform product suite including systems integration, overall performance, and great client experience.- Responsibility and delivery of client onboarding and continuously improving the Client Experience.- Client relationship and onboarding delivery within budget and timeframe.- Collection of client feedback and requirements.- Supporting the development and new products and continuous improvement of Perpetual Digital’s products and processes.- Deliver onboarding activities to completion within budget and timeframe.- Support UAT and client testing activities involving coordination of client feedback sessions, gathering requirements and prioritising enhancement.- Develop content for internal process and procedure documents, user guides and client facing collateral.- Prepare status reporting of onboarding engagements and work with the team in relation to resourcing requirements and client support.
About you- 2+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury.- Previous experience in customer relationship management.- Very strong communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders in the business, ranging from Analysts to Senior Management - both written and verbal.- Solid understanding of business needs and focusing on customers beyond the technical outputs and reports.- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and with other internal and external stakeholders.- Intermediate skills in Excel, demonstrating an ability to analyse data quickly and draw conclusions.-
- Ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and resolving issues.- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks, managing conflicting priorities.
