By analysing vehicle performance data and collaborating with motor assessors and repairer networks, you’ll drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

**A bit about the role**:

- Complete vehicle damage assessments
- Manage a group of network smash repairers
- Oversee the quality of the claims process
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Detect and reduce fraud
- Achieve fast turnaround times& control costs

**About you**:

- A motor trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting is essential
- Experience in an assessing or estimating role will be a bonus
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Audanet experience (preference)
