Your primary focus is to oversee an existing portfolio of customers across the freight, warehousing and distribution divisions to foster mutual growth and relationship longevity. You will utilise relationship management, strategic planning, market analysis and the ability to identify and communicate value-add propositions to simultaneously achieve targets, enhance Northline’s brand reputation and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with your direct National Manager and team members nationally in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Your Duties Include**
- Identify additional new business opportunities within your customer portfolio advocating Northline's 'one-stop-shop' for warehouse and distribution, transport and global solutions;
- Meeting with customers in person from your assigned portfolio to ensure Northline’s service provision is meeting KPIs;
- Building Northline's prospect pipeline to deliver new business opportunities;
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with our customers to support and secure future revenue opportunities;
- Maintain our high-quality Customer Relationship Management system tracking contacts, customers freight profile and outcomes of customer engagements; and
- Achieve sales targets in line with customer needs.

**To Be Considered for This Role**
- Previous Account Management experience within the transport/ logistics industry is highly regarded;
- Be an outcomes and results driven professional, with demonstrated ability to achieve set KPI's and targets;
- Have previous proven experience and success in a Business to Business (B2B) environment;
- Be experienced with Solution Selling;
- Have resilience, drive and ambition - the desire to not only meet but exceed targets and KPIs;
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with your customers both face-to-face and over the phone; and
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with in-house databases.
