**About the role.**:
We have an exciting cadetship available in the Digital & Information Branch for a period up to November 2027, with an anticipated start date of February 2025.
As a Technology Cadet, you will embark on an exciting journey as a vital member of our Digital and Information team, where your central mission will be to champion customer service excellence, ensure system stability, and help support key systems.
Some of the interesting work you will be involved in include:
- Assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of cybersecurity measures to safeguard our organisation's digital assets including responding to cybersecurity incidents and alerts.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Applicants must demonstrate technical potential and motivation for the program
- Applicants will need to be enrolled in a Bachelor of Computing Science or Cybersecurity degree
- Your ATAR will also influence whether you will be eligible for consideration.
- Applicants are chosen for interviews, and the final selection is based on the result of the interview and your ATAR.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 1/2. Package includes base salary ($70,694 - $76,857) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
