Cadetship Overview

Our Cadetship Program is designed to provide recent high school graduates and early-career professionals with hands-on experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities. As a cadet, you will work closely with industry experts, gain valuable skills, and contribute to exciting projects within swipejobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in various departments, including engineering, operations, and product
  • Support product teams with research, analysis, testing, and general tasks
  • Participate in daily team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions
  • Provide feedback on usability and functionality to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve swipejobs goals

Requirements
  • High school graduate or currently completing a relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic software development life cycle
  • You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
