Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70)
Key knowledge and experience
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Manage the Metro North Health information security governance function including the development and governance of the information security strategic plan, roadmap, governance arrangements, Queensland Health (QH) and Metro North Health ICT security policies and standards, which meet the Metro North Health's business and operational needs.
- Deliver the ISMS program of work relating to digital information and systems that aligns with the principles of the Queensland Information Security Policy (IS18:2018) and QH Common ISMS Framework and complies with the QH Information Security Policy (QH-POL-468:2019).
- Ensure all information security risks, controls, and audit actions are monitored and progressed, including the ASD Essential Eight and QH Statement of Applicability, and are effective across Metro North Health so that Metro North Health complies with the QH information security policies and standards.
