**About the Role**:
Partnerships represent a primary strategic priority for Victoria University. Within this framework, the role of the Account Coordinator, Major Partnerships, is pivotal. The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to manage a portfolio of partners within the Victoria University Major Partnerships Team.

This role encompasses developing, building, managing, and reporting on the impact of these partnerships. It necessitates the cultivation of relationships to deliver mutual value to both Victoria University and the partner organisations. Additionally, it ensures that partnership activities are effectively leveraged across the university.

**This is a full-time position at a HEP 7 classification, salary $ 94,526 (per annum) - $ 102,320 (per annum) plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week over a Fixed term contract period.**

**Duties**:
Some of the duties you are expected to perform are:

- Ensuring partners are delivering as per partnership agreements including engagement with all relevant areas of the University.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to deliver activities and identified opportunities.
- Provide input into cross-functional teams to ensure broad consultation takes place across the University in relation to partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, encouraging a collaborative approach and understand their capacity to help deliver on objectives.
- Provide high level organisational and administrative support including preparation of reports and papers to provide updates to the governance committee for partnerships.
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and initiatives for Engagement and Advancement.

**About the Person**:

- A proven track record in account management, partnerships, relationship management, marketing and or sponsorship management.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, from operational staff to Executives and CEOs.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise partnerships and effectively solve problems as they arise.
- Event management and delivery experience.
