Hardware Coordinator

SICE ANZ is seeking a skilled PMCS Hardware Coordinator to contribute to the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing of PLC cabinets and associated documents.
• Coordinate the delivery of PMCS hardware to different parties.
• Organise PMCS hardware procurement with vendors and coordinate the estimated time of arrival.
• Update PMCS hardware documents associated with design documents to align with hardware updates.
• Support the delivery of PMCS hardware cabinets drawings.
• Liaise with clients and third-party vendors.
• Review vendor's specifications, technical information, datasheets, etc.
• Support team leaders in estimating effort and duration of tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Relevant formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within construction or engineering-related projects.
• Experience in the ITS industry is desirable.
